Serenity at Fulton Ranch is the final opportunity to purchase a new-home in Fulton Ranch. It’s simply a beautiful community with walking paths and lakes and it’s so close to the Snedigar Recreation Center. I also love the walking distance to shopping! The awesome floor plans and 2 car garages, the community’s location being close to freeways all were factors. I have a son in California and a daughter that lives here in Chandler. Our family has 4 couples with careers, children, and busy lifestyles. We wanted to spend more time with them, so started looking for a 2nd home. Should it be CA or AZ? We quickly realized that what we can purchase here at Serenity is amazing compared to what we could get in California. In CA we would also have to deal with the traffic, higher taxes, etc. For 2-3 times the asking price, we would still have to renovate!  We were looking at single-family homes around Chandler until I saw Serenity and I instantly knew- this is it! It’s modern, the perfect size, has beautiful landscaping, and ready to move in.  We feel safe here and it’s so easy. The streets are wide, we can bike/walk around the community, and it’s the perfect mix for us. Everything is close by and convenient, including great schools. Besides, Huntington Beach, CA is a short flight and just a 7-hour drive away.
